EFI Fiery Controllers do not pass SNMP protocol data which is used by the Data Collector to get information about the counters and supply levels.

EFI has closed the Fiery Controllers for the SNMP protocol for security reasons.

The Fiery Controll can be opened to support SNMP protocol.

1) Login to the IP of the Fiery Controller

2) Change Security from "High" to "Medium"

3) Open SNMP Port 161/162.

4) Save settings, 

Now it should be able to collect counters and supplies from the printer.
