When a password is lost, or changed and not remembered, you will need to use the 'Lost your password' link on the login page. The support team is not able to recover lost passwords due to the security encryption involved, only the user will ever know what their password is.

To create a new password:

Go here to Login 

Click "Lost your password"

Type in the  "Username" and click "Send". 

The User will then receive an e-mail with a link to define a new password.

Minimum requirements for the new password

- 'Password' must be at least 8 characters long

- 'Password' must contain at least 1 letters

- 'Password' must contain at least 1 special characters
