The Data Collector was running fine, but suddenly data is not updated anymore.

Data Collector status show "Running - sleeping 39600 sec. before contacting server"

Please make sure that the Billing End Date is greater than the current date or disable the Billing End date.

If you can not remove the Billing end date then send an email to support@euroform.com

Error message in the Log indicating that a Biling End Date has been reached.
