Account data not updated anymore - Log show "GetSetupAlertRequest" Why is that?

The Data Collector was running fine, but suddenly data is not updated anymore.

Data Collector status show "Running - sleeping 39600 sec. before contacting server"

Please make sure that the Billing End Date is greater than the current date or disable the Billing End date.
