It is not possible to delete Devices on an account and it is not possible to delete an Account if devices has been discovered and collected on the account.
It is possible to delete an account if no devices has been discovered and collected.
This is done in the "Account" under "Customer Information"
Devices:
An inactive Device will only be billed the months it is active.
Accounts:
1) You can "Hide" an account if it is not active anymore. Or you can move it to a Level for "Not Active" Accounts.
To make sure an Account does not receive data, the Data Collector has to be stopped and uninstalled at the customer. Or you can Deactivate the Data Collector online.
Go to Admin --> Networks then select the magnifying glass on the Data Collector and select "Deactivate DC"
HowTo Hide an Account
b) The account is now hidden.
c) To see hidden Accounts select "Show hided"
2) Move the Account to a Level for "Not Active" accounts.
a) Go to Admin --> Levels to create a Level for Not Active Accounts.
b) Go to Start --> Dashboard and select the Account to move.
c) Select Account and it is the Level there has to be changed.
d) Change the Level to "Not Active" in the drop down menu and click "Update"
The Account has now been moved to the "Not Active" Level.
