Please make sure you limit the use of special characters in your password. Passwords for the api login may NOT include '#' '&' or '='. Due to the nature of security, when using the api login, certain special characters are not allowed. Passwords can be change in Admin>User of your account.

Follow these steps to test logging in:

• Go to https://api2.jetadvice.com/login?username={username}&password={password} and change the {username} and {password} information in the string to test your credentials.
• When a Token is returned then the login is working.
