The solution is able to read and display supply levels from most devices. Each device/manufacturer is different when providing these levels, some are more specific than others. 

Some devices on the market have flexible ink/toner systems allowing special or spot colors to be used for consistent color performance. If the spot color is available through the OID from that specific device and the firmware is upto date, then yes, there is a good chance we can provide that information to you in your account.
