There are a few reasons why you may not see levels for your supplies.
It could be that the printing device is new to the system and it may take a reading or two to gather enough data to present accurate level values.
If the device is new, non-orderable cartridges may be in use. When replaced with purchasable 'trade' cartridges, the supplies and levels will show.
The firmware on the printer may be old and needs to be updated.
The printer is connected to an external network box which do not support reading of the printer status.
There is a chance there is an error on the supply indicating a value is just not available. This situation is resolved when the supply with an error is replaced.
To find out more about your supply, click the magnifying glass next to the printer name in the Supplies View to see the detailed view of the printer. There you can see the supplies under the Supplies tab. Choose your supply, if available, and see its condition information.
