How are coverage and estimated levels calculated in Supply Details and Reports?
Before coverage and estimated levels can be calculated on a supply, the following must apply:
1) Minimum 2 readings from the supply in 2 days.
2) Minimum 10% usage monitored from first reading to last reading.
3) Minimum 100 pages printed in the same period as supply usage.
4) Max Capacity with Coverage defined in the supply definition.
5) Ex. There are printed 20.000 pages with a toner where the max capacity = 10.000 page and Coverage = 5% that will give a coverage of 2.5%
Coverage calculations are only done for Toner and Ink types of supplies.
NB! Not all setup/starter supplies have a known yield so here a coverage can not be calculated.
