Levels can be used to customize Dealer and/or Resellers' customers. When you use Levels, you have the option to limit Dealers, Resellers or User rights.
Dealers can limit which customers the different sales people can see on the Dealer's account.
To do so, they would create a level structure like the example below; where they create an account for a customer at each "Salesman X" level. Then Salesman A, B and C can not see any customers higher in the level structure, they can only see customers below each salesman level.

This setup could also be a Dealer which has different Resellers with customers.
