Why do I get my report 1 hour before or 1 hour later than normal?

Reporting schedule does not take Daylight savings time into consideration at this point of time. This means we are storing the time of delivery in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

 

Moving to Daylight savings time will make the report send 1 hour later in your local time.

Canceling Daylight savings time will make the report send 1 hour earlier in your local time.

“Daylight savings time” also known as “Summer time” in several countries.

 

Typically clocks are adjusted forward one hour near the start of spring and are adjusted backward in autumn.

If you want your report sent on a specific time you have to change the reporting time after a Daylight savings time.
