Supply Alerts generate reports for low supplies based on your threshold settings. You can create Supply Alerts for specific supply types or groups of supplies.
Did you know you can set threshold values of a supply group, or specific supply, to None? Setting certain thresholds to none will ensure that the report will not send low supply alerts for those supplies.
For example:
If you are interested in only receiving low supply alerts for Ink and Toner follow these steps:
1.) Set the Trigger and Bulk threshold values to your desired % to flag when Ink and Toner need to be replaced.
2.) Then, set all of the other supply group's thresholds to None.
3.) Save the settings to start the report to only look for low Ink and Toner.
