A supply history is provided for all supplies seen in a device.
From any of the views pages you can select the Magnifying glass icon to see the supplies in the Printer Details page, under the Supplies tab.
From here, you can see the supplies currently installed in the top and middle sections of the page, with the top providing a visual graph of the supplies used in the period.
In the middle section of the page, in the "Name" column you may click the supply you which to see more detailed information for the supply.
After clicking the link, in the lower 1/3 of the page it is possible to see which level statuses received for the supply. (seen below)
If no valid status was received on the supply level, the status will be "error." This means the device was not on or it was in a deep sleep mode and the Data Collector was not able to read a valid supply level from the device during that collect phase.
- The last known level will be inlcuded with 'Error' to provide the nest known information from the printer.
Here it is also possible to see which levels the supply can report to determine which Trigger level there should be used for supply ordering:
