You may notice, when a device is heavily used, you might run low or even empty on toner during the day but a Supply Alert was not sent to you.

An important thing to remember is that the report sending the Supply Alerts is generated at a very specific time, which can be adjusted. 

How to adjust the Reporting Times for reports:

• Navigate to Reports -> Overview
• Click the name of your report to edit it
• Modify the Reporting Time to your desired time
