Counter information is the information read, gathered and displayed from your device. We always try to get as many different counters as possible.

The available counters depend greatly on the manufacturer and also the firmware version in the device. 

First Total, Mono and Color counters are the basic counters we look to gather and provide from your devices initially.
Then, we search the devices for Advanced counters to show from your devices, such as Duplex, Simplex, A3, Legal, Scan etc...

Each manufacturer has different counters, even the different device types under the same manufacturers can each have their own different counters available. 

To see special which counters are available on your devices; such as A3, Scan counts, or more - Please review the Assessment > Advanced Counters option in the menu
