If you, or your customers, have not been getting report/alert emails, this could be a result from complications with your email or Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocking an IP or email address. Also, make sure your email system does not block the email address below which is used to send reports.

The email distribution system catalogs problems with emails in these 4 categories:
What is a bounce list?
When your email has not been successfully delivered and the reason reported back to us is that the email was bounced, that email appears on this list.
Any email on this list will not be delivered to in any future mailings.
What is a block list?
When your IP address has been added to a blacklist, has been blocked by an ISP or messaging organization, the affected email shows up on this list. Typically it is possible to have your IP address removed from a block list, and some lists automatically do this after a period of time.
Having an entry on the block list does not automatically drop email as it does for the bounce and unsubscribe list.
Blocked email will be deleted automatically after 30 days
What is a spam report?
If a person whom has received your email has reported that received email as spam, we are notified by the ISP and we place the email that originated the spam report here.
Any email on this list will not be delivered to by JetAdvice in any future mailings.
What is a invalid Email?
If an ISP reports back to us that the email supplied is invalid or we discover with our own algorithm that the email you are sending to is invalid, it will appear on this list.
Any email on this list will not be delivered to in any future mailings.
If you feel this is happening to you, please contact support@euroform.com to see if your email address is affected.
