Silent Devices / Device Alerts:
Silent devices are devices that have little to no printing activity. Creating Real Time Alerts on silent devices informs you of inactivity, which allows you see what devices are not able to be billed for. Or, if an IP address changes and that new IP address is not within a tracked IP range(s) of the Data Collector, the real Time Alert will help identify the missing device.

Creating Real Time Alert Report for Silent Devices / Device Alerts:
To create a report for Silent Devices sign up for "Device Alerts" on the dashboard. 

If a device has been offline more than 72 hours it will be registered as a Device Alert.

When the Device Alert view viewed from the Dealer dashboard then all Device Alerts from all customer accounts will be listed.

When the Device Alert view from the Account dashboard then all Device Alerts from the specific account will be listed.
