When updating the Data Collector from an older version, the new Data Collector will search for the older configuration file and use that configuration in the new Data Collector.

To avoid the new Data Collector using the old configuration file, you need to delete the configuration.xml file in the folder:

1.7: C:\ProgramData (x86)\EuroForm\JetAdvice Data Collector\

2.x: C:\ProgramData (x86)\JetAdvice\JetAdvice Data Collector\

This will ensure that the Data Collector configuration file is new and it is not using an older configuration file.

JADC version 1.7 and older
In Data Collector version 1.7, the Data Collector configuration files was stored in a hidden folder at the following location:

1.7: C:\ProgramData\EuroForm\JetAdvice Data Collector\

Older: C:\Documents and settings\All Users

JADC version 2.x
In Data Collector version 2.x, the Data Collector configuration files are stored in a hidden folder at the following location:

C:\ProgramData\JetAdvice\Data Collector\
