Not receiving Supply Alerts from my printer. Why is that?

  1. Check that the printer is online.
  2. Check that a Supply Alert is defined and Active.
  3. Check that the supply level is seen on the printer.
  4. Check that the printer is added to the Group used in the Supply Alert.
