The Period setting is available on any page and can be modified for a specified date range when showing data.

You have many opportunities to set the period to:

• Month 
• Quarter
• Year
• Last 30 days (default)
• Last 60 days
• Last 90 days
• Last 365 days
• All Time
• Other

Under other you can be very specific on when you want information shown from. The important thing to know is that the period start and end date is always from 00:00AM.

If you select start and end date to be the same date then the period will be from 29-01-2014 00:00 AM to 29-01-2014 00:00 AM = 0 hours (null); so you will not get any data.

If you want data for a specific day e.g. 29-1-2014 then you have to select the following day as well in the period.
Start date: 29-01-2014 (UTC 00:00 AM)
End date:  30-01.2014 (UTC 00:00 AM)
This will give you all data for the whole day 29-01-2014.

If counter has not been collected on the start or end date then JetAdvice manager will show the date when counter was last updated.
