The HP OfficeJet Pro 8100 & 8600 series and HP OfficeJet 6700 AIO is not completely supported. The devices are not able to communicate and provide mono and color counters. Also, they are only capable of showing 3 out of 4 inks; Magenta levels are not provided.
This is not an error in JetAdvice, this problem is firmware related. Unfortunately new versions of firmware do not resolve this issue.
