How to stop input data for a PartnerLink account

This can be done in three ways.

1) Uninstall Data Collector

Uninstall Data Collector, see FAQ.

2) Deactivate PDC

  1. Sign In to your account.
  2. Select "Admin" and then "Data Collectors".
  3. Select Data Collector in the name column and select the Settings tab.
  4. Select "Deactivate HP PDC".
  5. Select "Save".

3) Delete Data Collector

  1. Sign In to your account.
  2. Select "Admin" and then "Data Collectors".
  3. Select Data Collector in the name column and select the Settings tab.
  4. Select "Delete HP PDC".
  5. Select "Save". NOTE: Data Collector and all networks will be deleted.
