For at kunne installere på Windows Vista skal UAC slås fra.

For at slå UAC fra skal der gøres følgende.

1. Gå til "Control panel".

2. Vælge "User Account".

3. Vælg "Turn User Account Control on or off".

4. Fjern markeringen i "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer".

5. Tryk "OK"

6. Genstart computeren

7. Installer "JetAdvice Data Collector".
