How to add an extra Network Range on an account

  1. Go to Admin --> Data Collectors and select the Data Collector.
  2. Under Import ranges, enter or paste an IP address in the box and select Include.
  3. Example – Enter or paste in 192.168.50.35 and it will create a new network range with IPv4 Start: 192.168.50.1 and IPv4 End: 192.168.50.254.
  4. Under Define network ranges, select Force Discover to discover devices on the new Network Range the next time the Data Collector communicates with the server.
