When a password is lost, or changed and not remembered, you will need to use the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page. The support team cannot recover lost passwords due to the secure encryption involved, only the users ever know what their passwords are.
To create a new password:
Go to the PartnerLink start page.
Click "Forgot your password".
Type in the user's email address and click "Send".
The user will then receive an email message with a link to define a new password.
