Report thresholds are used as a standard for multiple devices across the account. However if one device has a high usage and needs a different threshold, it is possible to set device level thresholds to override report thresholds.

Example: Set a Supply Alert report for 15% but yet define one device to be 40%

1. Modify a specific device, Change the thresholds on the Device details > Supplies tab in the bottom of the page when in the device you need higher threshold settings for.
    
   
   
2. Use the desired threshold settings in a Supply Alert report (Edit existing ore create a new one)
   
   
   
3.  View report, device specified is showing higher levels of toner
