In the current supply system there are thresholds for triggers and bulk ordering. As you know, once a trigger threshold has been met, the software will check for supplies that meet the bulk threshold, ordering supplies that are close to the trigger levels.
Suggestion:
One of the best suggestions we can provide would be to set your Supply Alert to report every 24 hours. This provides a full day of usage to find which supplies need to be replaced. Also, if there are other supplies that are close to the trigger values but don't quite need to be replaced yet, the bulk setting is enforced to identify those supplies that will be ready to be replaced very soon.
Explanation:
This way, you get one email message per day showing what needs to be replaced and what should be replaced soon, depending on the trigger and bulk thresholds you have defined. If set at the default settings (trigger = 10% and bulk = 13%), if one supply falls below the 10% level, it will generate a report and also include the supplies that are under 13% from the bulk setting. Saving you money on shipping and reducing your carbon dioxide footprint from shipping multiple separate supply items.
