If the Data Collector cannot send data to the PartnerLink server, it will automatically retry.

The Data Collector contacts the server every 5 minutes. If it cannot make contact due to a missing Internet connection, it retries automatically.

The Data Collector uses the following algorithm.

When the Data Collector has been retrying for 60 minutes, it will continue every 60 minutes until data is sent to the server.
