Unsupported IP addresses end in 0 and 255. Devices with IP addresses that end in 0 or 255 will not be seen in your account. If you are experiencing this as an issue, you will need to assign a new available IP address to your printing device.

When adding IP ranges to look for printers on your network(s), it is important to know that supported IP ranges are from 1 to 254. Which means that devices with supported IP addresses (ending in numbers in the range 1-254) will be seen.

Good examples:
192.168.0.1
192.168.0.34
192.168.0.254

Bad Examples:
192.168.0.255
192.168.0.0
