In order to connect to PPU service in your device you need to introduce the Account ID value in the front panel or in the corresponding web portal (depens on printer model, see How to connect a printer)

You can find this in HP Partner Link web in the specific account. Go to Admin --> Account.

You will find the Account ID in the Info section at the end of the Direct Login URL. It is indicated as HP PL Account Name
