There was no endpoint listening at....
This is related to security and could be caused by two things:

  • If the customer uses a proxy server, define the proxy settings in the Data Collector.

    Stop the Data Collector and define the proxy settings under Tools --> Proxy the Data Collector.

    Test whether automatically detected settings are working. If not, add proxy settings manually.

    Proxy settings can be found in Internet Explorer: Tools --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings

  • If the customer does not use proxy settings then the Data Collector service will need to be run from an account that has the appropriate rights.
