My Large Format printer is not found. Why is that?

  1. Check that the printer/LF device is turned on and connected to the network.
  2. Check that the IP address of the printer/MFD is in the defined network range. Go to Admin -> Data Collectors, click on the Data Collector Name and check network range in Ranges tab.
  3. Go to Admin -> Data Collectors, click on the Data Collector Name and go to View Log tab to check that the network range has been discovered and collected.
  4. Check that SNMP v1/v2 is enabled in the printer/MFD and that the community name is set to public. Go to printer/MFD webpage and check the SNMP settings.
