What does Severity mean from Device Alerts and Account Alerts Reports

The new reports Device Alerts and Account Alerts provide information and alerts on devices and accounts with concerns to be addressed. This report, depending on the format, can be sorted by the severity level to help refine the priority of concerns.

If a scheduled report is made, the severity graphic icon from the web ui can not be inserted in the file formats. To replace the graphic icon, a number system is used from 1-4 to show severity levels:

Critical - Require attention, most likely by a trained technician on site

Error - Require attention, most likely something an advanced user can solve through instructions

Warning - Might require attention now or in a near future if not resolved by itself

Information - In most cases this doesn't require any attention, but this is put into the system for logging purposes (if "information" is "too reoccurring", it might actually require attention)
