This account statistic overview shows the active counts of Dealers, Customer and Devices for each week segment. This information is provided the same way week by week, and is not affected by the Period setting.

Each week segment takes a look back over the last 21 days to see the Dealers, Customers and Devices that were active during the billing period. This way the number being reflected is accurate to the billing information for the billable devices for example. If a device has been inactive for more than 21 days then it will not count towards the Total Devices area of Statistics.

Any customers that are hidden will also affect the numbers of the Statistics section, when a customer account is hidden so will its device count from the list.
