No data in Usage tab on my LFP printer. Why is that?

If the print jobs or copy job are from before the first date the LFP printer was added to JetAdvice then it is historical data from before it was first Discovered and Collected in JetAdvice.
 
To check if it is historical data from a date before the LFP printer was added to JetAdvice go to Job Details and check the "Collection Date"
If "Collection Date" are later than "Print ended" date then you have to select All time in Period to see the usage data for this job.
If "Collection Date" are the same as "Print ended" date then you do not need to select All time in Period to see the data.
 
To see all historical data from before the first day the LFP printer was added to JetAdvice you have to use the period "All time"
