Supply Alerts on the dashboard are no longer backfilled from Supply Alert Reports, dashboard supply alerts can be seen even if no reports are active. To see already flagged low supplies from reports go to Alerts > Supply Alerts.
The Supply Alerts section of the dashboard in JetAdvice 3.0 will only display active Supply Alerts from the defined Account thresholds provided they are enabled. Account thresholds can be accessed in 2 ways:
by pressing email icon next to the alert types on the dashboard
The Dashboard supply alerts section provides a more real-time visual display for supplies that are below the account thresholds as soon as they are identified by the data collector, not when a scheduled supply alert report has run possibly hours later. When setup for email, all dashboard alerts will send an email notification for each individual raised alert, and change of severity.
Like before, when a supply is replaced, the alert from the dashboard will disappear as the issue of the low supply has been resolved and will not continue to show.
