Messy language in titles from Exported CSV files in other languages
The CSV file when opened in Excel it will still show Chinese letters, for example, as messy code but if you open it in Notepad or Notepad++ then the Chinese characters are correct. Excel is expecting formatting and structure, but a CSV file is basically a plain non-formatted text file and does not provide the structure Excel is expecting.
The issue lies in Excel which are not able to represent the Chinese letters when it is plain text.
