When a new device is unpackaged and inital toners/inks are used, sometimes JetAdvice Manager will not provide the supply information as they are non-orderable starter toners/inks. Some manufacturers offer starter supplies to get the device running quickly but do not offer the full capacity supplies.

Once the starter supplies have been replaced with proper supplies that are re-orderable, then the device will be able to show and display levels for those supplies.
