How the Period setting works

The Period setting is used to select the range of data to show, acting as a timeframe filter based on UTC data collection timestamp.

The following values can be selected:

·        Last month

·        Last 2 months

·        Last 3 months

·        Last year

·        Month

·        Quarter

·        Year

·        Printer Totals: printer total usage available today  (*)

·        Since First Collect: printer history since printer was first connected to Partner Link

·        Other : this will allow you to select customized days period

Start and End dates are always included in the selected time period

 (*) In reports is indicated as "Show all". To note that historical information available in the printer before connecting to the Partner Link account is very limited (no past usage, few jobs, no alerts).
