The columns on the right are columns that will be implemented in your report. As you add fields from the left portion, you will notice they will appear in your list of columns you are building.
It is important to know these columns can be flexible:
• Each added field can be dragged and dropped into any order.
• Each field name can be edited by pressing the 'Pencil' icon. In some added fields you may edit the numbering format of the information you see as well.
• If a new column is using certain counter information 3 options may available End, Start and Diff. Otherwise this area will be empty and can not be selected.
1. End, which equals the total count of the counter at the end of the selected period.
2. Start, which shows the total count of the counter at the start of the selected period.
3. Diff, which shows the difference from the start and end date of the selected period showing total for the period.
• A color can be defined for the column to help highlight certain information. The colors are White, Blue, Red and Green, default is white.
• The red 'X' will delete the column.
