There was no endpoint listening at....
This is related to security and could be caused by two things:

  • If the customer uses a Proxy server, define the Proxy settings in the Data Collector.

    Stop the Data Collector and define the Proxy settings under Tools --> Proxy the Data Collector.

    Test if Automatic Detected settings is working. If not then add Proxy settings manually.

    Proxy settings can be found in Internet Explore: Tools --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings

  • If the customer does not use Proxy settings then the Data Collector service will need to run with an account which has the appropriated rights.
