JetAdvice server has a new IP address.
First try to flush dns:
1) Open a Command prompt on the pc/server where the data collector is installed and run following command:
"ipconfig /flushdns"
2) Then click retry in the data collector "Help ->Troubleshooting"
3) If the URL now is reachable then data collector is working properly.
4) If the URL is still not reachable then the customer has added an exception in the firewall for the old IP address and they will need to change it to the new IP address.
New IP address to use: 104.40.223.100
Old IP addresses not used any more: 23.97.172.77, 52.166.79.7
