It is strongly recommended, if you have added a printer through direct connection, that the printer IP is not included in the Data Collector range of IPs. 

Data will be updated more often to Partner Link server so the system will be overloaded with same information and HP Support may have trouble to identify the cause in case of problems.

Adding printer direclty to PPU service is the most recommend option whether this is not available for all printer models
