Printers is marked with a yellow warning icon.

Mouse over the icon and a message is displayed "The printer is behind (xxxxxx). The data may not be displayed correctly"

 

Label printers and Matrix printers do not support reading of counters and supplies via SMNP protocol

 

Not all printers connected to an external network box support reading of the printer status, eg. counters and supplies.

This could be an issue with the firmware or a setting in the network box or the network box do not support bidirectional communication between the network box and the printer via the USB/Parallel cable.
