Each Vendor/Manufacturer uses different methods of communicating meter readings, especially larger print sizes. 

In JetAdvice we have created a column field that combines the various ways vendors show A3 counters all into one counter.  This counter, called "A3 Total Count" is available and works for all printers* with A3 functionality that have the ability to communicate such information.
