Alerts on the dashboards reflect more instant alerts detected and presented when communicated by the Data Collectors.
Pressing the "Load" button next to Alerts allows each to be shown; Account, Device and Supply alerts. You can see how many are active and filter if you would like to see more or less. They may also be hidden if you would not like to see them anymore.
A feature in JetAdvice is to be emailed when these alerts come into the dashboard. You can set up email schedules to define what alerts you want to have and to whom; each alert will be sent as an individual email per alert.
Account Alerts provide information about the account related concerns, like a Data Collector being offline.
Will arrive after 24 hours in a server installation and 60 hours in a PC installation.
Device Alerts are specific to a device; if a device is offline or having other problems
Will arrive within 4 hours as the alerts service is running every 4 hours.
Supply Alerts provide supplies that are below account-level specified thresholds.
Will arrive within an hour.
Supplies will be alerted when the supply level changes and goes below the trigger levels defined for ordering.
Note: dashboard supply alerts require being activated from the Admin > Account > [AccountName] > Alerts menu or email scheduling button for the alerts.
