HP printer not reporting data anymore. Why is that?

If a printer changes product number then JetAdvice Manager will stop update the printer. 
 
Example: 
The printer was upgraded to from an E72525 to an E72530, then it changes Product number and becomes a new printer in JetAdvice Manager.
 
Some of the new HP printer models they are shipped as the basic model and then the service technician update the printer with a special license file and then it changes to become a new printer model with a new product number.
 
If the printer is then first seen as the basic printer in JetAdvice Manager, and then upgraded, then it stops reporting data.
 
If you have a case like this then sent an email to support@euroform.com with the information about the customer name, account ID, printer information and the new product number/model name the printer should have.
 
Then we will make sure the printer will be collected again in JetAdvice Manager.
