Printer not using Original HP ink supplies

HP Partner Link Pay-per-use has limited functionality when any printer connected to the portal not using Original HP ink. Original HP inks and printheads are designed and engineered together to provide uncompromising image quality, consistency, performance and durability. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of other supplies.

When a printer is using one or more supplies not original, you will see this printer is in a wrong state in the main Dashboard. If you are subscribed to notifications, HP Partner Link Pay-per-use will send you a notification. If you are not subscribed you can see the alert in the Device Alerts dashboard. You can always get the status of any printer/s cartridges using a Supply report or looking at the printer Supply Details

When using original HP ink supplies HP Partner Link Pay-per-use will provide the whole functionality as expected.
