With a supported SNMP Proxy Agent in JetAdvice Manager the following data can be collected:

- Printers Product number
- Printers IP: IP address of the PC where the printer is connected via USB
- Serial Number: The serial number from the printer or from the PC where the printer is connected via USB
- Hostname: Hostname of the PC where the printer is connected via USB
- Mac address: Mac address of the PC where the printer is connected via USB
- First and last collect of data
- Mono counter
- Color counter
- Supply product number (low and long life)
- Supply level (low and long life)

With the above data in place, it is possible to get counter/billing reports and order low supplies from the locally attached printer in JetAdvice Manager.

If not all data is available from the printer, it can be related to the SNMP Agent, printer firmware, the printer driver or USB port settings in the PC or the printer,
