Information about the algorithm and how to read the data in the report:
Mono and Color coverage is calculated as 2 different metrics
1. Coverage is calculated 1st every month
2. Q=Quarterly and Y=Yearly coverage is calculated
All supplies seen at least 1 second within "period" (Q or Y) will be included with ALL of its consumption (e.g. 2 supplies being online for 2 months each, could result in Q/3 month coverage actually being calculated over 4 months)
The coverage used is the Supply Coverage displayed in Manager > Device Details > Supplies (and also available in supply reports) - this is NOT the same as HP supply coverage
Device Coverage is a weighted average of Supply Coverages (e.g. 2 supplies having printed 1.000 vs 9.000 pages, will get weighted as 10% and 90%)
3. Accuracy in %
Accy=Accuracy is the % of pages being part of coverage calculation - excluding pages printed between a supply's last reading and next supply's first reading
As there are a maximum of 3 hours between supply readings, Manager will in worst-case be missing coverage numbers for 3 hours of printing (user might be printing at 5% coverage "normally", and then at 80% coverage because they print a poster just before replacing the supply.
If accuracy is e.g. 40%, then coverage is known for 40% of the pages printed during a Quarter (or Year) - usually, the rest (60%) will behave the same way.
