In February 2020 we announced an issue where HP devices with a FutureSmart Firmware version of 4.10 were experiencing problems communicating supply levels - leaving many of our customers in the dark about low and empty supplies.

Earlier in March 2020, HP released the HotFix FutureSmart 4.10.01 to resolve the issue from December’s release of 4.10. Once applied, the devices using the newest version are working fine and reporting values again.

Are my customers affected?

Using JetAdvice Manager’s reporting system, you can create a report to see the possible affected devices. It will be very simple! You are looking for HP devices using a Firmware with Date Code of December 24 2019 that have a firmware version of 2410028_0550XX.
